  1. Pharmacist engages in self-reflection to record the impact of course on current and/or future pharmacy practice.

  2. Attach certificate of completion (optional)

An endorsed Post Graduate Degree LX is best completed as a retrospective reflection.

The total time to complete the Endorsed Post Graduate Degree LX should take between 10-15 minutes.

Practice Recognition Level

A post graduate degree report applies to all three levels of ANZCAP recognition (resident, register, consultant).

The Post Graduate Degree Learning Experience is mapped to Domain 5 of the National Competency Standards Framework for Pharmacists in Australia 2016. Please note that not all the domain 5 indicators listed in this document may be relevant to this Learning Experience.

Collaborator

Pharmacists may have engaged in discussion with professional peers, mentors or managers to encourage reflective practice. However, this is an Endorsed Learning Experience and therefore the final submission should be completed by the pharmacist without collaboration.

Expiry

Unlike other learning experiences, completion of a post graduate degree learning experience does not have an expiry date. And can be used in towards ANZCAP recognition at any time after completion.

Forms and Templates

Evidence of the completion of the post graduate qualification is documented directly into the ANZCAP digital platform as a Collaborative Learning Experience (LX). For further step by step instructions on how to do this please refer to the How to complete a Learning Experience article.
