Sharing your ANZCAP Recognition as a Post on Social Media
The following describes how you can share your ANZCAP Recognition badge as a Post on any Social Media Platform. This is a great way to announce your new recognition.
Over time, this post may not be visible to your social media followers. To maintain a permanent link to your recognition that can be viewed by others, you may wish to add your recognition as a certification in LinkedIn.

Log into ANZCAP
Log into your ANZCAP account and navigate to your completed Recognition in the Recognition Portfolios tab.
Click on the ‘Actions’ button on the right side of the tile of the completed Recognition, and select ‘Download Badge’.
In the badge screen, select Copy
All you will need to create your LinkedIn certification record is the URL you have copied in the badge page. This will link back into ANZCAP automatically so your recognition and its status are verified in real time.
Log into your Social Media Account
Log into your social media account e.g. LinkedIn, FaceBook or Instagram, or create a new account.
Open to your profile page and select to create a new post
Note: The following images are from creating a post in FaceBook. The same steps can be applied to other social media platforms.
Write some text for your post then select return so your cursor is in the next line.
Paste the URL you copied from your badge page.
Review your post and select to Post it.
You badge is displayed in the post automatically with a link back to the ANZCAP database to display the Recognition simple summary that outlines what the recognition is, and validates its status, in real time.

Downloading and sharing your recognition badge
There is also an option to download your badge and upload this to a post in social media. This is also possible, however, this is an image only and does not link back to the ANZCAP database to verify the recognition.
