Summary

This article describes the options for ANZCAP recognition via a Training Program.

Training Program Recognition

ANZCAP Resident and ANZCAP Registrar recognition can be obtained by completion of an accredited Society of Hospital Pharmacist of Australia (SHPA) Training Program. To become a candidate for training program recognition, pharmacists must be:

  • Employed at a SHPA accredited Training Hospital

  • Nominated by their hospital as a Resident or Registrar Training candidate

  • A current SHPA member

Resident Training Recognition Requirements

To obtain ANZCAP Resident Recognition via the Training Program, pharmacists must complete a Resident Training Recognition Portfolio.

Registrar Training Recognition Requirements

To obtain ANZCAP Registrar Recognition via the Training Program, pharmacists must complete a Registrar Training Recognition Portfolio.
