A Collaborator can be from a range of multidisciplinary qualifications (pharmacy, medical, nursing).

Tip

The collaborator declaration can be completed on the same screen used to enter the LX data. Alternatively, if the collaborator and candidate are completing the LX from remote locations then the candidate can share the collaborator declaration link (using the clipboard icon in the top right corner). The collaborator can then complete the declaration details on their own digital device.
