Summary
This article describes how pharmacists practicing in community, aged care and general practice settings can gain ANZCAP recognition based on their prior professional experience via the ANZCAP Gateway.
What is the ANZCAP Gateway?
The ANZCAP Gateway provides a mechanism for pharmacists working in the primary care space (community pharmacy, aged care or other primary care settings) to apply for ANZCAP recognition as a Pharmacist Resident, Pharmacist Registrar or Pharmacist Consultant by providing evidence of their prior professional experience.
The ANZCAP Gateway is open for a limited time from August 2025.
