Summary

This article describes how to share your completed custom portfolio.

For information on how to build a custom portfolio have a look at the “How to Build a Custom Portfolio” article.

Make sure your Custom Portfolio is completed

When you have finished adding LXs to your Custom Portfolio, you need to complete the portfolio to share it. Do this by clicking the “Complete to share” button.

The status of your custom portfolio will change from “In Progress” to “Complete”. Your custom portfolio is now ready to share!

Want to make a change to a “Completed” custom portfolio?

Completed custom portfolios are locked and no further LXs can be added. But you can easily copy an existing custom portfolio, then add or remove LXs as you would if creating a new Custom Portfolio. Find out more information on how to do this in the “How to Build a Custom Portfolio” article.

Sharing your custom portfolio

Share your custom portfolio with others using the unique portfolio link. Just click on the clipboard or “copy” button, then paste the link as usual to share your electronic custom portfolio.

You can share your custom portfolio in two formats:

  1. Simple summary (contains a list of each LX included with only simple details)

  2. Detailed summary (allows others to see all of the information documented in each LX and access supporting evidence)

ANZCAP users often share their custom portfolios by hyperlinking them in a resume, on their LinkedIn profile or via emails or others communication platforms. Where you share your custom portfolio may determine which summary option you choose.

Sharing a Custom Portfolio - Simple Summary

Before you click on the clipboard or “copy” button make sure the box labelled “Include learning experience details and supporting evidence” is NOT ticked.

  • LX date

  • Area of practice

  • Practice Recognition level

  • Description

  • If supporting evidence has been used

Sharing a Custom Portfolio - Detailed Summary
