A collaborator is a professional colleague who has sufficient skills and experience with a particular professional activity or scenario to enable them to provide evaluation, feedback and support goal development for a Collaborative LX. The collaborator can be from a range of multidisciplinary qualifications (pharmacy, medical, nursing).

Consultant

Consultant pharmacists exemplify leadership within the profession, holding positions as senior experts collaborating across patient pathways to oversee complex clinical cases within a multidisciplinary framework. Their responsibilities extend to activities that harness their extensive expertise to advance individual and communal well-being. These professionals take the lead in generating and sharing evidence relevant to their practice, propelling enhancements in care and shaping practice standards.

Consultant Candidate

Elective Learning Experiences may be from the Independent, Collaborative or Endorsed categories. See independent recognition portfolio requirements for rules around the combination of elective learning requirements that may be included.

Endorsed Learning Experience

Endorsed Learning Experiences allow ANZCAP members to autonomously document and self-reflect on a variety of significant professional experiences that have undergone an established peer review or peer recognition process as part of the professional activity.

Independent Learning Experience

Independent Learning Experiences allow ANZCAP members to autonomously document, self-evaluate and self-reflect on a variety of significant professional experiences.

Independent Program

Learning Experience (LX)

A Learning Experience or LX is a type of Workplace Based Assessment (WBA) tool that a pharmacist can use to record evidence of professional practice at a chosen ANZCAP Recognition level (e.g. Resident, Registrar, Consultant). Learning Experiences are the building blocks used to build a recognition portfolio and achieve ANZCAP recognition.
