SummaryThis article describes all you need to know on how to use the ClinCAT as a Learning Experience. |
What is the Clinical Competency Achievement Tool (ClinCAT)?
The ClinCAT is a tool used to facilitate peer evaluation of a pharmacist’s performance through a snapshot of their day-to-day practice. It can be used to facilitate an individual pharmacist's practice by identifying inadequacies in systems and processes and identifying professional development needs.
The main outcome of the interaction between pharmacist and collaborator should be to promote the pharmacist to engage in self-reflection of current practice.

Forms and Templates
The pharmacist and collaborator will complete the ‘Clinical Competency Achievement Tool for Australian Pharmacists’.
