No. Your AHPRA registration in Australia is separate to ANZCAP recognitions. Recognitions are designed to show your level of professional expertise and specialties, to assist and broaden career options, not to restrict them. |

Recognitions are defined within programs to allow flexibility in how a pharmacy professional can gain recognition. Currently the programs include Foundation (a ‘grandfathering’ style program), Independent and Training (for those enrolled in recognised training programs through their work). More programs will be added from early 2024 for new cohorts to gain recognition. |
